Job Description

We are seeking a professional and motivated Academic Counselor to advise students on courses, demo classes, admissions, and ongoing academic support. The counselor will engage with students and parents, manage inquiries, and help achieve enrollment goals while ensuring high satisfaction.

• Responsibilities: counsel on course options, eligibility, and career paths; handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp and online leads; assist with admissions; coordinate with academic and administrative teams; meet admission targets.
• Requirements: strong English and local language skills, basic MS Office proficiency; freshers welcome; prior education counseling experience is an advantage.
• Employment: full-time, permanent, in-person. Salary ₹10,00–₹15,00/month. Benefits include phone reimbursement and opportunities for growth into management roles.
