Job Description

We are seeking a professional female Service Staff member to warmly greet guests, take accurate food orders, promptly serve food and beverages, and maintain clean dining areas. Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen, handling billing when assigned, assisting with takeaways, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, reporting customer feedback, and supporting teammates during peak hours while upholding professionalism.

• Preference: female; hospitality or food-service experience is a plus
• Languages: English and Malayalam communication skills
• Employment types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
• Compensation: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month; benefits: meals provided, paid sick leave, paid time off
• Location: On-site; ability to work in fast-paced shifts required
