Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Specialist to support digital campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting across paid channels. The role requires close coordination with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and continuous performance monitoring.

• Manage ad tags, audience targeting, budgets, and trafficking tools; troubleshoot delivery issues and implement optimizations to meet KPIs.
• 1–3 years of experience in campaign operations or ad trafficking; strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, and analytics platforms.
• Requires exceptional attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
