Job Description
Equify Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Reservation Executive to manage phone, email, and online bookings, ensure precise PMS and channel-manager entries, process modifications and special requests, and liaise with Front Office and Sales. The role focuses on revenue maximization through upselling and yield management while delivering professional reservation-related guest service and maintaining guest records and reports.
- Requirements: hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
- KPIs: booking conversion, guest booking satisfaction, occupancy, ADR, reservation accuracy, response timeliness, and sales target adherence.
- Employment: Full-time, in person. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹35,00/month.
