Job Description
Era Projects is hiring a Finishing Supervisor to oversee on-site plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry and MEP finish works in Bahrain. You will enforce specifications and quality standards, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, monitor material usage and productivity, perform inspections and material testing, resolve technical issues, document progress, and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Qualification: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience: 2–5 years in finishing supervision
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction materials/methods, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and safety awareness
- Requirement: Valid GCC driving license
