Job Description
Eventual Study Abroad seeks a professional Visa Counselor in Kochi to provide accurate study-abroad and immigration advice. Responsibilities include handling calls, messages, and walk-ins; assessing profiles and recommending suitable countries/programs; managing documentation and application timelines; maintaining follow-ups to drive conversions; updating CRM; and meeting monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Prior counseling experience required (study abroad/immigration preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, client-handling, and persuasion skills
- Professional, target-driven attitude
