Job Description
EvolveMinds is seeking a skilled Voice Process Associate with experience in hotel commission reconciliation. Become an integral part of our travel operations or finance support team, where you will effectively manage inquiries related to hotel commission payments through voice calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls addressing hotel commission inquiries.
- Track and reconcile outstanding commissions.
- Verify bookings against stays and commission amounts accurately.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in voice or customer support, excellent spoken English, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹45,00.00 – ₹55,00.00/month
