Job Description
Exponent IT Training & Services is in search of a dedicated Training and Placement Officer to strengthen our recruitment strategies and support student career development. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing industry partnerships, organizing recruitment events, and providing mentorship to students.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources or recruitment. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹500,00.00 – ₹600,00.00 per year
