Job Description
EyeTGlobal Pvt. Ltd. seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Associate for domestic and international inbound/outbound processes. The role requires handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; providing accurate solutions within SLAs; documenting interactions in CRM; following scripts; escalating unresolved issues; and collaborating to meet team targets.
- Qualifications: 12th pass or graduate; freshers welcome, 1 year experience preferred
- Requirements: strong English and Hindi communication, active listening, basic computer and typing skills, patience, shift flexibility, and teamwork
- Details: age 18–35, rotational shifts and week-offs, paid sick time, salary from ₹18,00/month
