Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Ticketing Officer to join our customer service team. This entry-level role supports daily ticketing operations by handling sales, reservations, and customer inquiries while ensuring accurate booking records.
- Process bookings and issue tickets in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain transaction logs with strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
Requirements: diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, proficient English communication, ability to work shifts, and willingness to learn reservation systems. Prior ticketing experience is a plus.
