Fairy Tales Furniture and Interior Studio is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to strengthen our sales and customer service efforts. Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Closure: Facilitate efficient closure processes while ensuring customer approvals are secured.
• Production Management: Collaborate with vendors, manage documentation, and nurture strong vendor relationships.
• Customer Interaction: Regularly engage with customers, providing vital product information to ensure satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Accurately record all transactions and manage proper credit procedures.
