Job Description
Flomic Global Logistics is actively seeking a committed Air Export Customer Services professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing communication with shippers, vendors, and transporters to ensure seamless shipment execution. Key tasks include creating job entries in Logi-sys for MAWB preparation and invoicing, coordinating space bookings with airlines, preparing customs documentation in compliance with regulations, sending pre-alerts, and managing invoicing for profit-sharing purposes.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range from ₹20,00.00 to ₹70,00.00 per month. We prefer candidates with a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and proficiency in both English and Hindi.
