In this vital role, you will provide outstanding front desk services, including efficient check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, verify their identities, and assign rooms based on preferences.
- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs and assist with luggage requests.
- Professionally address guest inquiries and manage any complaints.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and hotel policies.
