Job Description
We are seeking experienced International Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia concerning product, service, billing, and technical inquiries. Responsibilities include accurately documenting interactions in CRM and meeting FCR, CSAT, and SLA targets.
- Full-time, night-shift, rotational schedule; office-based; 5 days/week with rotational weekends off.
- Salary INR 26,00–34,00/month (approx. 3.9–4.7 LPA) + incentives and additional benefits.
- Benefits: two-way cab, medical insurance, PF, paid sick leave, and world-class facilities.
- Eligibility: minimum 1 year of international voice experience and strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
