Job Description
Fruges IT Services is hiring International Voice Process Associates for a US healthcare night-shift role in Hyderabad. Full-time permanent position for freshers: salary ₹2,50,00 LPA + incentives (approx. ₹15,800–21,300 take-home). Benefits include health insurance, provident fund and 2-way cab up to 30 km. Work pattern: 5 days/week with rotational weekends. Requirements: 10+2 or graduate (recent pass-outs preferred), CEFR B2 English, willingness to work US time zones, immediate joiners or local candidates preferred. Selection: HR screening, Harver assessment, Voice & Accent round and final discussion with operations.
