Job Description
Gandhimathi Store seeks a detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to manage purchase orders for grocery and supermarket items. Responsibilities include monitoring sales to determine order quantities, maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating supplier deliveries, resolving supply issues, tracking orders, verifying invoices, and inspecting incoming stock. The role requires updating product, pricing, and supplier records; collaborating with store managers to forecast demand; and identifying fast-moving, slow-moving, and seasonal items.
