Genesis Head Hunters is in search of a seasoned Financial Controller to lead our financial operations. This role encompasses overseeing corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, and budget preparation. The successful candidate will manage financial control activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and establish robust internal control policies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise financial control activities across various cost centers.
• Assist external auditors with their reviews.
• Develop and enforce company policies.
• Manage cash flow needs and produce management reports.

Requirements: Candidates must be CA qualified with 10-12 years of experience, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.

Salary: ₹2,00,00.00 – ₹2,400,00.00 annually. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
