Job Description
We seek a Collections Management Trainee to support accounts receivable and enhance collection processes. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in debtor analysis, dispute resolution, and professional customer communications.
Key duties include contacting customers, monitoring aging reports, negotiating payment arrangements, and collaborating with billing and internal teams to resolve issues. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, basic Excel proficiency, strong verbal and written communication, and a proactive approach.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. No prior collections experience is required; training and mentorship are provided, with clear opportunities to advance into credit or collections management.
