Job Description
George Infra Private Limited is currently seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to become a vital part of our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Applicants must reside in the Thrissur area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls
- Convert leads to customers
- Develop and execute debtor collection plans
- Follow up on debtors, manage variances, and prepare reports
- Generate complaint reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- At least 1 year of telecalling experience in any industry
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹20,00 per month, based on experience.
