Job Description
A Document Verification Executive verifies the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of various documents (IDs, education, address proof, financial records) against records and company policies, ensuring compliance with KYC/regulatory standards while managing data entry, flagging discrepancies, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues, often focusing on attention to detail and data security to prevent fraud and meet quality targets. Key Responsibilities
- Document Review: Examine personal, financial, educational, and address proof documents for authenticity, completeness, and consistency.
- Data Verification: Cross-check submitted information against official records or databases (e.g., criminal/credit checks, database searches).
- Compliance: Ensure all documents and processes adhere to company policies, legal guidelines (like KYC, GDPR, HIPAA), and industry regulations.
- Discrepancy Management: Identify, flag, and escalate suspicious or incomplete documents; liaise with customers or internal teams to resolve issues.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input verified data into company systems and maintain organized records.
- Reporting: Prepare status updates and reports on verification activities.
- Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all personal and sensitive information
- Age criteria 18 to 29 years
