Job Description
Glace Tech Inc seeks a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad (onsite). Candidates with 1–6 years of relevant experience will be responsible for marketing and placing candidates (OPT, CPT, H‑1B, H‑4 EAD, TN, Green Card) and U.S. citizens. Key duties include sourcing from job boards and professional networks, editing and formatting resumes for client submissions, coordinating interviews and onboarding, maintaining candidate and vendor relationships, and achieving daily submittal and placement targets.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, multitask, and meet targets
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; full-time, permanent
Salary: ₹20,00–₹40,00/month.
