Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to market and sell Non‑Agricultural residential and commercial plots. The role is full‑time and in‑person.
- Responsibilities: generate and close leads, explain NA conversion, verify titles and 7/12 extracts, conduct site visits, negotiate agreements, coordinate with legal/CRM/registration teams, and maintain CRM records to meet targets.
- Requirements: 2–5 years in NA/real estate sales, strong knowledge of land law, excellent communication and negotiation skills, established client network, own vehicle and valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
- Compensation: ₹30,00–₹50,00 per month.
