Job Description
Location: Alappuzha, Kerala. Salary: ₹18,00–₹30,00 plus incentives. 6‑month in‑person contract. Employment types: full‑time, internship, freelance, or volunteer.
- Key duties: meet customers, assess homes/sites, explain on‑grid and hybrid solutions, ROI and subsidy details, close deals with integrity, and maintain CRM updates.
- Requirements: 1+ year field sales experience (solar, real estate, insurance, or FMCG preferred); Plus Two or degree; fluent in Malayalam and English; own two‑wheeler with valid license; daily travel; demonstrated 1–2 year job stability.
- Benefits: phone reimbursement and paid sick time.
- Career progression: Field Sales → Senior Sales → Sales Lead → Area Sales Manager.
