Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accounting Associate to support daily NAV calculations, reconciliations, month-end close, investor reporting, and audit preparation. The role requires maintaining ledger accuracy, investigating and resolving balance variances, and ensuring compliance with fund accounting policies and internal controls. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have 1–3 years of fund or investment accounting experience. Strong Excel and accounting system skills, an analytical mindset, clear communication, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS and industry regulations is advantageous.
