Job Description
Good Shepherd Public School & Junior College is looking for a committed Hostel Warden to ensure the welfare of our students. The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Acting as a guardian for hostel residents
- Assisting and supervising the support staff
- Upholding discipline and fostering a spiritual environment
- Addressing health concerns and communicating with parents
- Overseeing food distribution and maintaining cleanliness
- Providing counseling support and reporting infrastructure needs
- Encouraging academic progress among students
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
