Job Description
Green Start Jobs seeks a dynamic Personal Banker – CASA to join our retail team. The role involves acquiring new current and savings account customers via field sales, referrals and branch walk-ins; generating and following up on open-market leads; cross-selling savings, cards, loans, insurance and investment products; professionally handling customer inquiries; and achieving individual and branch targets. Maintain current product knowledge and ensure full KYC/AML compliance.
- Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and target-driven sales abilities
- Familiarity with the local market; CASA sales experience preferred
