Job Description
Guardian Angel Homecare seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The role involves screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, assisting with events, and supporting HR managers.
- Preferred: experience as an Admission Counselor and persuasive communication skills.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Work, or a related field; strong interpersonal and organizational abilities; proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam required. In-person position. Stipend up to ₹10,00/month plus mobile reimbursement.
