Job Description
Harsha Institute of Management Studies invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Malayalam (Full‑time/Part‑time, in‑person). The appointee will teach undergraduate and postgraduate Malayalam language and literature, prepare syllabi, deliver lectures, assess and mentor students, engage in research and publications, contribute to curriculum development and cultural activities, maintain academic records, and observe institutional policies. The candidate will report to the Head of Department/Principal.
- Qualifications: Master’s in Malayalam (minimum 55%); Ph.D. or Ph.D. registration preferred; must meet UGC/university eligibility.
- Experience: Prior college teaching or research preferred.
- Skills: excellent Malayalam proficiency, strong communication, contemporary teaching methods, and research aptitude.
- Salary: ₹25,00–₹35,00 per month.
