HCI Australia seeks an experienced International Student Counselor to lead recruitment and support for international students. The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, analyzing inquiry-to-enrolment conversion, streamlining application workflows, evaluating events and school visits, and collecting student feedback to enhance the student experience.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, excellent communication skills, and minimum 2 years’ experience in overseas student counselling.
- Desired: strong interpersonal skills, CRM and data management proficiency, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
