We are looking for a committed Sales Officer to lead the business development of our Agency across Digital Office locations in Health, Motor, and various other sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and improving the agency’s performance through effective recruitment, agent engagement, productivity, and activation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and exceeding targeted business metrics
• Providing strategic insights for regional growth
• Driving renewal processes to meet established goals
