Job Description
HomeLane is looking for a talented Project Planner to manage project delivery within our Delivery Unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring factory capacity, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and turnaround times for both manufacturing and installation processes. Key duties include identifying discrepancies in metrics, tackling order fulfillment challenges, and acting as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries. A strong emphasis on continuous improvement and taking ownership of mistakes is crucial.
Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong proficiency in English communication, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
