We are looking for a friendly and dynamic Front Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage reservations efficiently.
- Facilitate check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month. Benefits include provided meals. Work location: On-site.
Requirements
