Job Description
HRBRO PLACEMENT SERVICES is currently looking for freelance recruiters to support our efforts in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home or in a hybrid setup in Kochi or Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Present shortlisted candidates to the hiring team for review.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Access to a laptop and stable internet connection.
