Job Description

Leading life insurance company in Kerala seeks a Financial Service Consultant to work with partner bank branches to generate leads, advise clients, and drive sales. This full-time, in-person role (Pathanamthitta) requires a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 1 year of sales experience (insurance/banking preferred), and willingness to travel up to 75%.

• Build client relationships, deliver personalized financial planning, and promote life insurance solutions.
• Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and cross-sell/up-sell to meet targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and market knowledge required.
• Compensation from ₹30,00/month; benefits include health insurance, Provident Fund, cell phone reimbursement, and paid sick leave.
