Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a full-time Banking Relationship Officer based in Kerala. Compensation: ₹34,00/month package (take-home ₹22,00–₹30,00) with provident fund.
Requirements:
- Resident of Kerala, graduate, under 36 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Key responsibilities include building relationships with bank staff and customers; selling life insurance and financial products through bank branches; generating leads from bank referrals; achieving monthly sales targets; addressing policy queries; ensuring accurate documentation and compliance; and attending training and sales meetings. Position requires in-person work at assigned branches.
