HRQuadrant seeks a Banking Associate to collaborate with banking networks to generate leads, assess client needs, present life insurance solutions, and cross-sell to enhance customer value. The role requires building trust through proactive communication, conducting regular follow-ups, responding to inquiries, and providing financial planning advice while remaining current on industry trends and regulations.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 1 year sales experience (insurance preferred); up to 30 years old.
• Employment: Full-time, permanent, in-person.
• Compensation & benefits: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month; health insurance; Provident Fund.
• Other: Willingness to travel for client visits required; English proficiency preferred.
