Job Description

HRQuadrant seeks a full-time, in-person Banking Relationship Officer based in Kerala. Monthly compensation is ₹25,00 (range ₹22,00–₹50,00). Candidates must be under 36 years, hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, have at least one year of sales experience, and reside in Kerala.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with bank staff and customers
• Sell life insurance and other financial products through bank branches
• Generate leads from bank referrals and meet monthly sales targets
• Address product and policy queries, ensure documentation and compliance, and attend training
