Job Description
A Community Executive will build and nurture our user community by planning online and offline events, managing social channels, moderating discussions, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to increase engagement and collect user feedback. You should have 1–2 years of community or customer-facing experience, excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, social media proficiency, and familiarity with analytics tools. Responsibilities include creating content, onboarding ambassadors, reporting community insights, and resolving member issues.
