Job Description
We are seeking energetic Sales Trainees for full-time, in-person field touring roles across Jammu, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal (Siliguri), and Telangana. This entry-level position includes on-the-job training and is open to fresh graduates (B.A. or equivalent).
- Responsibilities: visit distributors, retailers, and markets to promote products, gather feedback, assist with promotions, and maintain daily reports.
- Requirements: strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel extensively, ability to work independently and in teams, and a strong desire to learn.
- Compensation: competitive; starting from ₹18,00/month plus travel reimbursements per company policy.
