Job Description
Humancare World Wide Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable, full-time permanent Executive Assistant to the COO. This role suits a medical-background fresher; on-the-job training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and meetings; prepare basic reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate with hospitals, internal teams, and vendors; arrange travel and logistics.
- Maintain records and support daily office operations.
Requirements: strong English communication, basic MS Office and email skills, professionalism, confidentiality, excellent follow-up and attention to detail, and willingness to travel as needed. Salary: ₹7,00–₹8,00/month. Benefits: paid time off and provident fund. Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai (in person).
