Job Description
Ideal Stores is looking for a dedicated Personal Secretary to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings, handling various forms of correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls), and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights and accommodations. You will also be responsible for organizing documents, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings by setting agendas and recording minutes. Additionally, you will assist with personal tasks for the employer while upholding confidentiality. Though prior experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
