Job Description
IDEAS ENGINEERING WORKS urgently seeks an experienced Fabrication Welder (2–5 years) for a full-time, permanent role in Sonarpur, Kolkata. Candidates must hold a high school diploma and be proficient in MIG, TIG (argon), and Stick welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication tools is required. Reliable, punctual team players; welding certification preferred. Day shift; quick joiners preferred.
- Salary: ₹10,00–₹18,00/month (in-hand), plus performance bonus and annual increments
- Benefits: Provident Fund, ESI, and insurance
