Job Description
IdlyGo seeks an experienced Indian Namkeen Cook. Annual CTC: INR 2.14–2.40 Lacs. Applicants should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a minimum higher secondary education.
- Prepare dough and stuffing for samosas, kachoris and other snacks; shape and fry items to consistent size, texture and taste.
- Operate deep fryers at correct temperatures; monitor oil quality and minimize waste.
- Assist with inventory control; maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards; meet peak-hour production targets.
- Required skills: strong dough and seasoning technique, consistency, time management, teamwork and basic food-hygiene knowledge.
