Job Description
Impel Ferrocast Private Limited is currently in search of a qualified Melting Supervisor to oversee our cast iron (CI) and spheroidal graphite iron (SGI) foundry operations. The successful candidate will have a strong supervisory background in melting processes, ensuring both quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily melting operations to achieve production goals.
- Manage furnace operations and optimize charge mix.
- Monitor furnace temperatures and maintain metal quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and perform necessary maintenance.
- Train and mentor team members for enhanced productivity.
Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Mechanical with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹35,210.63/month
