Job Description
Induct is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating requirements from current users, closing orders with purchasing and procurement personnel, and achieving sales and collection targets for distributors. Additional responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, implementing effective marketing strategies, and delivering profitable growth.
Key skills required for this position include a solid understanding of basic analytical and life science techniques, customer query handling, order securing, product knowledge, and demand generation. Experience in managing key accounts and negotiating effectively is also essential.
While 2 years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare sales and 1 year in life science product sales is preferred, it is not mandatory.
