Job Description

INK IN CAPS MEDIA & MARKETING LLP is in search of a driven and detail-oriented Events Operation Executive to bolster our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in event operations, along with strong fabrication skills and vendor management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support event planning and coordination.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Oversee the fabrication of event materials.
• Provide technical assistance for audio-visual equipment.
• Manage on-site operations during events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Compensation: ₹25,00-₹35,00/month, inclusive of health insurance and provident fund.
