Job Description
We are seeking a Production Chemist to develop, scale, and monitor chemical formulations and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include optimizing production recipes, performing routine quality tests (HPLC, GC, titration), troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires close collaboration with production and R&D teams to improve yield and minimize waste.
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 1–3 years’ experience in industrial or production settings
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with GMP and industrial scaling is a plus
