Job Description
IPCS Global seeks a full-time Academic Counselor to advise prospective students on program selection, admissions, and career pathways. This in-person, target-driven role requires managing inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online), assessing student needs, recommending courses, tracking leads in CRM, following up to secure enrollments, and collaborating with marketing on events. The counselor must ensure high student satisfaction and maintain accurate admission records.
- Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in counseling or educational sales, bachelor’s degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and goal orientation.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month.
