We are seeking a skilled South Indian Chef to prepare authentic dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, regional curries, and chutneys while ensuring consistent high culinary standards and balanced spice profiles. The role encompasses menu development, inventory and portion control, kitchen sanitation, and the training and supervision of junior cooks.
- Manage spice blends and preserve traditional recipes to guarantee authenticity and quality.
- Maintain rigorous food safety compliance, hygiene practices, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menus, cost control, and service consistency.
Requirements: minimum two years’ experience in South Indian cuisine, strong culinary techniques, teamwork, and valid food safety certification.
