Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Student Counselor who can guide students on academic programs, career options, and admissions. The ideal candidate will counsel students, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and support students throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges/universities, and career options
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Assist students with the admission process and documentation
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and onboarding
- Maintain accurate data in CRM/records and prepare reports
